Ron Clark
I truly loved and enjoyed this movie. It was helpful in many ways. As i was looking at the movie i saw that there were many kids in the wrong crowd. They really din fit in they just didnt want to be the one gettin bullied on. Throughout the whole movie my whole focus was on Shameka. Shameka started off with a bad attitude in the beggining of the movie. She acted just a little bit to grown for her age. Many kids have a tendancy to act how they was brought up. The fact tha shameka got home everyday babysitting, cooking food, and basically just doing a mamma's job. she never really got a chance to do wut kids do. so how she acted at home thats how she acted at school. i blame it on the mamma. Kids will believe in themselves more when they find that somebody believes in them. Mr. Clark was a strong man. He almost gave up on them at one ponint of time but he hung on in there and because he hung in there he let the kids know that he was actually there for them and not for the money. A lot of things was going on in many of the kids life. How it was looking to me, it seemed like they just needed somebody to talk to. I work with kids every saturday at 2:00pm and lord knows i be wanting to give up. and me looking at this video clip i learned something. I found out for myself that it takes time. They learn more if you have patience. but if you aint got patience working with children aint yo thing. To sum this all up, when he met all of them they were acting older than what they were. They needed somebody to reach out and bring the good and smartness out of them and thats just what mr. Clark did. And because he did that those kids have become somebody special. I have seen many people look down on so many kids. while they are being put down they need somebody to encourage them and tell them they can make it. Thanks for showing this movie.....it touched me and brought tears to my eyes. i learned alot from and still got a lot more to learn but this is a start.

Speakers
The speaker for Tuesday was Mrs.Heather Horn. Horn spoke about savings and credit. Horn spoke about how we could start now by opening up a savings account and start saving money. If we start saving while we are young then the older we get the easier life would be. Horn also spoke about how many people could still our identity if we are not careful. She was saying how when we get us a passcode we should not use our birthdates and things like that. Numbers we and other people are familiar with. Wednesday the guest speaker was Mr. Kwame Smith. I was not here when he spoke but from what i see on the board he wrote about careers in backing and Budgets.

Mrs. Mary ANd Mrs. NikKi
I truly enjoyed the both of them. I learned a whole lot about the greystone propertys. I learned that they do not do a whole lot of things the other apartments do. Thier apartments are very nice. they showed us how to fill out the applications. the lease forms are for the person who will be responsible for the bills. The occupants is the roommate who can be put out by the person who signed the lease form. I also learned that if you work for a big company you pay have the price. I learned that if you have a pet and you do not put it on your application you will have to pay $500. This was mainly all i learned.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T!!
Respect is one of the most important things each and every one of us should have. The Word respect is very strong and very powerful to me. My respect is very valuable and you do have to earn it. I feel like if you want respect from me you will have to earn it. Now me as a child should respect grown ups no if ands or buts about it whether or not they have earned it. This world just have a hard time understanding respect. So many people want respect but never have any respect. Just Having little respect many people will respect you more.

Kanya West and taylor swift
That was jus so rude what kanya did. I feel like even if he did feel like beyonce was the best he should have kept it to hisself. That there was low down and dirty! It was her time to shine. He was truly out of order. I think he should apologize to her. I also feel bad for the girl because it was on television. i just hope she continue to do what she do regardless of what others may think or what others may say.

Obama Speaks to students!!
While Obama was given his lecture i learn that failing over and over can either help you succeed or cause you to give up. Obama talks about how nobody is born being good at things. We become good at certain things by working hard. Growing up in a rough child hood shouldnt cause you to just not wanna do nothing it only means you have to work harder on being somebody special. I also learned because he's working hard trying to get us what we need to succeed in school. We should help by trying and doing our best and put out some kind of sign saying he wasnt and he is not wasting his time.

Cell Phone Policy
H0w d0 i feel ab0ut the cell ph0ne p0licy? I disagree with it because many kids have their cell ph0nes on and et sch00l in case 0f an emergency. I d0nt like the fact det they take them up when they see em and keep em f0r like 3 dayz. I totally disagree with it because many kidz have j0bs and that may be their way 0f getting in c0ntact with their b0ss if s0mething comes up. Another thing about that is det many kids walk h0me and anything c0uld happen. They will need their ph0ne to call s0meb0dy!! I feel like if a student is caught wit their ph0ne the faculty and staff shoulf just put em in ISS or give em detention!!
